No glitters or anything similar. ** Quiet time: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM ** No Smoking. Guests can smoke in the outside, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house. ** Please do not eat and drink in the bedroom. ** We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Please check out by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check out may cost to additional fees that will be charged by our cleaner for waiting. ** Upon check-out, we kindly request to wash all the dirty the dishes, secure the trash, put the used towels in the bathtub. ** If you used the grill please make sure you clean it and put the cover back on. ** In the summer, please turn the AC up to 80 degrees. In the winter, turn the heat down to 65 degrees before leaving. ** Please sign the Rental Agreement.
