How Do I Make A Reservation?

How Do I Check In?
Once your reservation is booked, you will get a confirmation email from reservations@vacayhome.com with additional steps to verify your identity. We want to protect you from potential fraudulent activity.

Check in instructions are provided after the ID verification process is completed. Protecting your identity is of paramount importance to us.
Can I Check In Early Or Check Out Late?
Early check in and/or late check out is strictly based on availability. Additional fees may apply. If you need to have guaranteed early or late access to your vacation rental, we recommend you add an additional night to your reservation.
I Got A Rental Agreement From The Property Manager. Do I Have To Sign It?
Yes. Rental Agreements are used to pass along vital information such as security deposit or credit card requirements as well as area info and additional services they may offer. Please note: Not all property managers use rental agreements.
How Do I Modify My Reservation?
Once a reservation is confirmed, we will happily assist with modifications whenever possible. Please note: reservation modifications may result in pricing changes.
My Reservation Includes A Damage Waiver, What Does That Cover?
Damage waivers are often used by property managers in lieu of traditional security deposits to cover accidental, unintentional damages. They do not cover intentional damage or damages that are a result of guest negligence. Damage waivers are nonrefundable.
Can I Bring My Pet Or Emotional Support Animal?
Not all properties are pet friendly. Because of the extra cleaning requirements of hosting pets, pet friendly properties require an additional pet fee, paid directly to the local property manager and strictly enforced. Some properties have strict weight and breed restrictions.

Emotional support dogs are considered pets and are only allowed in pet friendly properties. Emotional support dogs need to qualify under the property’s weight and/or breed restrictions, pet fees apply. Service dogs are exempt by law. Please contact us for more details.
What If I Need To Cancel My Reservation?
Cancellation policies vary and are displayed prior to the reservation being completed. Please contact reservations@vacayhome.com for details.
