This condo community has a boat ramp! • This condo unit is located on the 3rd floor, which is 1 flight of stairs above the parking lot, and does not have an elevator. • Fishing is allowed off the community docks, however, swimming is not allowed off the dock areas. • This condo is limited to a max occupancy of six due to the local fire code. • Guests may not invite others outside of those staying in the property to use any of the condo community facilities. • If either of the two above rules is violated, your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund, and the renter will be responsible for any fines levied by the association. • The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and fishermen looking for a great catch! • This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weeknights and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekends and holidays. During this time, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors. • This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, roads may ice over in winter.
