This two-story home is a stunning pool home perfect for three families. There are three master suites and two children's bedrooms with full over full bunk beds. There are three bedrooms on the main floor: one cal-king master with ensuite, one cal-king master, and a children's bunk bedroom. The cal-king and bunkbed room share the main floor hallway bathroom. Upstairs is the remaining master bedroom, which has direct access to the upstairs hallway bathroom, and the other children's room in the loft area. In addition to the full over full bunk bed is a full bed and sectional sofa. All bedrooms have 43' LCD TV with Cable TV. There are three bathrooms in the home, two downstairs and one upstairs. All have upgraded granite countertops, travertine floors, and customs tile inlays in the showers. In addition, the downstairs hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, custom white paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Plenty of seating for the whole family at our two dining room tables which seat six each. There is additional seating at the kitchen countertop. The main living room has a large sectional with a queen sleeper and high-speed wireless internet. Right off the living room is the garage, where the game room is located. There is ping pong, pool, and air hockey. There are strollers, pack n' play, a high chair, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. All the bedrooms have upgraded carpet, and laminate hardwood floors run throughout the common areas. The rear yard has a beautiful in-ground pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio, etc., and additional chairs 1.25 miles to Disney & Disney tram. The home has central air and heat.
