The open-concept kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating for all. There is a pack 'n play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair & booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room has a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60′ TV, DVD player, and cable with Disney Channel & Time Warner's top 200+ channels. Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. Relax in our new sparkling pool and in-ground jacuzzi in the rear yard. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and additional chairs. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2 in our driveway ONLY - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
