There are three Cal-king masters with en-suites and two children's bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs in the loft is a queen size bedroom with an en-suite. The two children's bedrooms are full over full bunk beds with a shared hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have a 47'' LCD TV. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, hardware, and custom-tiled showers. The hall bathroom room has a separate shower and bathtub. Hardwood floors run throughout. Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating at the Kitchen island. Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen, and a second living room. Both of the living room sectionals contained queen sleeper beds. The game room is in the basement with ping pong and a foosball table. There are strollers, high chairs, and booster seats for your infants & toddlers. The home has Central Air & Heat. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.
