This private house is located within the gates in this ocean front subdivision with a sparkling community pool, heated hot tub, private beach entrance for the residents, & kids playground.. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has a very bright, open concept chef’s style kitchen, living and dining area. The entire down floor has a massive & impressive feel to it. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and is fully stocked with all kitchenware like pots, pans, dishes etc needed to make a tasty home-cooked meal while on vacation Whether you're traveling with family, a group of friends, or looking for a luxury home for a romantic getaway, you and your guests will love staying at the Villas House. The back patio is next door to the community pool, where you can enjoy the patio’s table & chairs while watching your kiddos swim. The master suite features a King size bed, a very large flat-screen TV, access to a private balcony and a living area with its own loveseat and couch. The en-suite bathroom has a deep soaking tub, plus a large walk-in shower and a double vanity with plenty of counter spaces. Guests also have the choice of a second bedroom, equipped with a Queen size bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom, or the 3rd guest bedroom, featuring two twin beds. We do provide an airbed & pump for extra sleeping space (please bring bedding if you plan on using). While we do allow up to 10 humans, 8 is where you will be more comfortable for a head count there is not bed space for 10 For guest use free of charge there is a washer & dryer in the house which comes in handy. This home is conveniently located within walking distance of local attractions and entertainment, like Sea Turtle Rescue, South Padre Island Nature and Birding Center, and Texas' biggest beach bar Clayton's as well as Bar Louie for food & live music as well as the new Barry’s Beach Bar. The Villas neighborhood is also great for those that enjoy walking to check out the cool luxe homes, or entering the beach via the private beach access for a morning or sunset stroll. If you have kids or a group, being able to not cross any busy road to get to the beach which is a just a couple minute walk is really great. Enjoy Clayton's firework display from the beach every Friday and Saturday from memorial day to labor day. Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :) This property has a minimum 3 night stay. Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 4 nights. You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
