Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Awesome and comfortable furniture and mattresses which are super comfy to provide a good nights' sleep! Master suite has queen size bed, with queen bed in guest room as well. Living room features queen sofa bed as well. This condo offers fantastic gulf views from the entry deck (which overlooks a nature reserve for privacy) as well as the balcony. This property is a MUST-SEE! No boats are allowed on property. Professionally managed by Poole & Associates Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and have to be purchased through a link that is sent 2 days before your arrival. You must purchase your parking passes before check-in to secure parking. Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Pass on this one!
It started out by them calling me two hours before I arrived telling me I needed to put a credit card on file even though everything was paid they said they can’t get incidentals from hotels.com so they wanted my credit card. Then when I said, I was gonna call hotels.com. Suddenly they didn’t need my credit card! It was filthy. The whole place was filthy and it had ants everywhere. We were told if we made any phone calls even if it was something broken or a lightbulb or anything it would be $50 per phone call so we were not allowed to call to report any incidents. The balcony above us had people smoking, and they kept throwing cigarettes down in front of us. It’s 25 minutes to any store or anything. The staff was so rude. I would never ever go back and I felt scammed completely. The filth, the food in the sink, the broken mirrors, the rug that had ants the bedroom with ants. Mold in the shower, I have photos of everything. Not being able to call for help was the worst feeling we left a day early. There is no point in staying. I’m really disappointed for all the money we spent. Broken fan. Broken lights. Huge disappointment!

Regarding the credit card request, we want to clarify that while we do ask for a card on file for incidentals, we also let you know that if you were not comfortable providing it, we would simply make a note on your reservation — and that’s exactly what we did. At no time was your stay dependent on that card being added. We also want to address the misunderstanding about calling our office. We absolutely never tell guests not to contact us. We always encourage guests to reach out with any concerns. The only guideline we provide is that after-hours calls should be for true emergencies — and that policy is in place to ensure we can prioritize urgent needs quickly and effectively. As for the condition of the unit, we are very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we are actively addressing these matters with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. Your report of ants, mold, and broken fixtures is being taken seriously and will be thoroughly investigated. We understand how disappointing it must have been to leave early, and we sincerely apologize that your experience fell so short of what you expected — and what we strive to provide.
