Aquarius condos are in a prime location with a private beach access & shower to rinse your gear, While on the smaller side for a 2 bedroom condo, the convenience of the living room, full kitchen, and separate bedrooms for privacy is just so nice for families with small children. There is one full bathroom that is a tub/shower combo. The complex features 1 free parking spot off the street behind the secure gate, with a staffed front desk should you need assistance. The exact bedding is a queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, a pull out couch as a small full sized bed, & a provided air bed. Please bring bedding if you plan on using and the maximum allowed is 6 people. This property is in a near perfect location as both beachfront, and walkable to the entertainment district with many bars, restaurants and shops. In front of the property you can rent beach umbrellas & chairs. With the pool being heated seasonally heated, year round the pool can be used as well as the hot tub that is always heated. One unique feature of the property are the community use BBQ pits with pergola that has a great view of the beach near the pool. This property has coin operated laundry & dryer on the ground floor for clean up before heading home. Please note that while this condo is beachfront on the 4th floor, it affords awesome views of they bay side, not the beach. This is an upside as South Padre has such wonderful sunsets and fireworks on the bayside sometimes. Need more than one condo here? We have a few of them and can sometimes book multiple units together - inquire by messaging us. Please do note boats & trailers are not allowed, a gate code is required for entry to secure parking. A golf cart is considered a vehicle. If you have more than one car, consider using the inter-model center parking lot 1 mile away or the post office as the free parking on the city street Gulf can be difficult at best on weekends. Aquarius does require all guests wear wristbands. We provide basic starter pack of toiletries, trash bags, soaps etc though not unlimited nor replenished. Fresh towels & linens are provided with your stay. Aquarius condos during Texas week spring break in March as well as Easter Week Semana Santa does have a per person condo security wristband fee of $35 per person plus 17% tax, This is a property fee - not ours. We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this.
