This well kept 4 unit building (we manage all condos here) has two 3 bedroom units up and 2 two bedroom condos down. Book multiple units if you'd like. Want to go to the beach? Less than 5 minute walk. At the property you are allotted 2 dedicated off street free parking spaces. The property is pet friendly with (1) dog allowed max that does carry a small one time fee. The Retreats feature a front patio overlooking the street as well as a back patio overlooking the pool. This listing is for just condo 3, upstairs to the left if you had your back to the street and is a three bedroom / 2 full bathroom. All tile floors, lots of bedding, fully equipped kitchen for family meal prep that is open concept with dark granite counters & a dishwasher. There is a pool in back private to all 4 of the condos here. We have 2 community use gas grills - please note we do not provide LP propane bring a tank if youd like to use bring one. The pool has a great pergola / patio, plus sun loungers to watch the kiddos in the pool. Please do note that the pool is not heated. This condo as it is 2nd floor up one flight of stairs, has a back patio overlooking pool on the 2nd level to keep an eye on what is going on below in the pool area. As you walk into the condo you will see the kitchen with counter stools, a dining table, flat screen TV and couch that pulls out into a sleeper sofa. Please bring bedding if you plan on using though we do provide an extra blanket and pillows. Two full baths (one en suite/connected to Master bedroom). The Condo for beds has a king in the master, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom along with the previously mentioned pull out couch. We do provide an airbed & pump for additional sleeping space but again, bring bedding. There are 2 coin operated washers & dryers on premise that are shared between all 4 units here if you would like to use. Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 padre Blvd on the Island We provide a starter pack of basic soaps, dishwasher pods, & trash bags, but this is not unlimited nor replenished. Sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, bath towels and wash cloths are all provided in the rate you see :) Up to 9 people max are allowed at any time, including infant (s). Please note that while we want you to have a great time, this is a family oriented property so parties are not allowed with property quiet time 10 pm to 9 am.
