This property has a nice pool, with a hot tub heated year round. Message for me for details on them and hours. Surfside is a half a block to the public beach access. While there are stairs (no elevator) this affords a great view of courtyard and no noise above you. This condo has a large patio with chairs to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon margarita. A newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a stand-in shower and a relaxing rainwater shower head. The TV in the living room is a 4K, 50-inch flat-screen cable TV that features a Dolby sound bar and a Blu Ray/DVD player. The condo has free high-speed WiFi, a desk with an external flat screen monitor, an ergonomic chair, keyboard and mouse as well as a 4K webcam for teleconferencing or remote learning. If you have to work remotely, consider saving your vacation days and bring your laptop to work from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/etc The living room features a spacious sectional sofa that will provide you and your group with ample seating around the TV.
