The space The Retreat at Lantana #2 is are less than half a block to a public beach access & super fun for your family to stay at! This condo is a ground floor though we manage all 4 condos here This well kept & clean four unit building has two 3 bedroom units up and 2 two bedroom condos down. This is one of the 2 bedrooms units down. This is the east condo or if your back is facing the street, to the right. Book multiple units if you'd like more space. 8 people is max occupancy in #2 This condo is easy walk less than 5 minutes or half a block away to a public beach access. At this condo we provide 2 dedicated off street free parking spaces. The property is pet friendly with (1) dog allowed max that does carry a small one time fee. Our pet policy does not allow them in the common area by the pool as other guests. The Retreat at Lantana #2 feature a front entrance from the street as well as a back entrance from inside the condo to the pool. As this is a ground floor and one level so there are no stairs. All tile floors, lots of bedding, fully equipped kitchen for family meal prep that is an open concept with dark granite counters & a dishwasher. Thee pool in back is private to all 4 of the condos here. Please message me for pool hours. We have 2 community use gas grills - please note we do not provide LP propane bring a tank if youd like to use. bring one. The pool has a great pergola / patio, plus sun loungers to watch the kiddos in the pool. Please do note that the pool is not heated - we do have it professionally cleaned so it is ready for your family. As you walk into the condo you will see the kitchen with counter stools & stainless appliances, a dining table, flat screen Smart TV and couch that pulls out into a sleeper sofa. Please bring bedding if you plan on using sofa sleeper though we do provide an extra blanket and pillows may not be adequate. Two full baths (one en suite/connected to Master bedroom). The Condo for beds has a king in the master, 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom and along with the previously mentioned pull out couch. We do provide an airbed & pump for additional sleeping space but again, bring bedding if you plan on using. There are 2 coin operated washers & dryers on premise that are shared between all 4 units here if you would like to use. Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 padre Blvd on the Island. For those stays 3 nights or more we do offer complimentary linen and towel exchange at our office across the street from the Kraken Bar & Grill We provide a starter pack of basic soaps, dishwasher pods, & trash bags, but this is not unlimited nor replenished. Sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, bath towels and wash cloths are all provided in the rate you see. Up to 8 people max including infants are allowed at any time, including infant (s). Please note that while we want you to have a great time, this is a family oriented property so parties are not allowed with property quiet time 10 pm to 9 am.
