Painted in beautiful soothing colors and coastally decorated everywhere that you look! About a 2 minute drive to the nearest beach access road - Access Road 1-A. Don't forget to add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking! We are your one stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun, easy access to the beach! Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below: 1) Bach Porch provides 3 paved parking spaces for 3 medium sized vehicles. 2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. 25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag 3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of Bach Porch. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways 4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV's allowed in Village Walk 5) Towing will be strictly enforced CONDO FEATURES -House, Two story, and no elevator -NOT PET FRIENDLY. -Fits three standard vehicles in the driveway. NO GARAGE ACCESS -Bedrooms located on second level of home -Kitchen, Dinning, and Living area -Flat-screen TVs -Washer and Dryer in unit BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 10) ​​​​​​​-Master bedroom: King size bed (second floor) -Second bedroom: King size bed (second floor) -Third bedroom: King size bed (second floor) -Pull out sofa: Queen (living room) -Nook: Twin size bed (living room) -Three full bathrooms: Walk in showers. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home. -Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. -Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance. -Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival. THINGS TO BRING -Beach/pool towels -Shampoo & conditioner -Sunscreen -Beach gear, toys, chairs, umbrella -Food, condiments, oils & spices, coffee, etc. ***WiFi is not compatible for guests working remotely during their stay.
