In the 2nd bedroom, you will find two comfortable twin beds and a smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and there is a shared bath just outside of each room in the hall. Check out the new cozy sofa sleeper in the living room. Which now allows the unit to sleep eight guest! The large corner balcony is a showstopper, there's room for the entire family and views for miles. Outside the unit, you will find two large gulf front pools, Charcoal barbecue grills, an amazing indoor pool, steam sauna, and much, much more. There are easily accessible boardwalks to the beautiful beaches and you are right in the heart of Orange Beach. This property is a short walk or drive to many of the great shops and restaurants in the area. You will never run out of things to do at Summerhouse. Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
