For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days, subject to management cancellation if this criterion isn't met. After October 1st, reservations are available for the winter months with varying minimum stays of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Professionally managed by Poole and Associates, additional information and services are handled on-site by the association, including parking passes for which charges apply. The reservation provides a 'starter set' of essential items; however, guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. Policies include: an age requirement for renters, the necessity of a photo ID at check-in, and the property maintains a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy. For those interested in extended stays, inquire about monthly 'Snowbird' rates available between November and February.
