The cottage includes a King suite with a private bath and flat-screen TV in the first bedroom. The second suite features a Queen bed, private bath, and flat-screen TV. Additionally, there's a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. With a sleeper sofa, the property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day (two months) minimum stay. Post-October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, dependent on unit specifications. Professionally managed by Poole and Associates, guests need to purchase Vehicle Registration Tags upon arrival. While linens are provided, please remember to bring your beach towels. The reservation also includes a 'starter set' of essentials. The property policies mandate guests to be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. Dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of USD 225 per pet, and a maximum of two dogs are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
