You'll find this condo clean, comfortable, and spacious. The furnishings and décor are meticulously maintained, and you'll discover everything you need to prepare a delightful meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the master bedroom on your king-size bed while enjoying TV. The guest bedroom offers great comfort with a double bed. Need more space? Don't forget the sofa sleeper! Tradewinds will have a building wide project through out Fall and winter 2023 and into Spring 2024. ( Pressure washing, painting and repairs to building.) Please check with out reservation team for updates
For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. This property is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.
Additional information: Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two parking passes allowed per reservation, accommodating up to two cars. Linens are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
