There's a bedroom with a queen bed and another with two sets of bunk beds with a full sized mattress on the bottom and twins on top! Between these rooms is a shared bathroom, remodeled with a tiled shower and bathtub. Each of these bedrooms has a smart Roku TV for your entertainment needs on a rainy day. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the other side of the house for when you're wanting some peace and quiet! In the living room, there's a large Roku TV as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room for when your party becomes just a bit bigger than originally anticipated. A small sitting room when you first enter is perfect for when you want to enjoy your coffee with a gorgeous sunrise. There's plenty of space to enjoy outside on a beautiful, sunny day. From picnic tables under the house for enjoying a grilled dinner, an outdoor shower for your return from the beach, and a large balcony on the south side of the house where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets after a full day of relaxation, this house is designed for your beach holiday! Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two-month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
