Nestled in the sands, this beautiful property offers an idyllic family vacation spot just a short stroll away from the beach, boasting an incredible view from its spacious 3/4 wrap-around balcony. Comfortable furnishings await, making your stay incredibly cozy. The recent outdoor shower addition provides a refreshing rinse after a day of beachside fun, adding to the allure of this home. Imagine yourself seated on the balcony, watching the sunset after a day filled with sun and sea. The interior space offers modern flair, ample room, and a functional layout. The living room features a comfortable sofa that transforms into a sleeper, along with a new flat-screen TV. The generously sized, fully stocked kitchen seamlessly connects to the living area, making it an ideal space for entertaining. The Master Suite includes a dreamy king bed and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with bunk beds, each having a full bed on top and bottom with a pull-out trundle bed. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Fort Morgan, surrounded by history, nature, and miles of wildlife, offers a low-density area designed to deliver the peace and tranquility you desire while remaining conveniently close to all that Gulf Shores has to offer. For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates Additional Information: Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or through our office. Parking is limited to a maximum of two cars. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
