The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and a TV. All bedrooms have balcony access with Gulf views. The dining room table seats eight, and there's room for four more at the bar. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Please note that Island Tower is not a pet-friendly property. The association requires all pets on the property to be documented and registered before guests' arrival. Pets on the property without proper registration will result in a USD 200 fine for the owner, the pet will be required to be removed from the premises, and guests may be evicted.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. A maximum of two parking passes per reservation is allowed (2 cars maximum).
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
