For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days. Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are mandatory and can be purchased upon arrival or through our office. Each reservation is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes, covering 2 cars.
NOTE: For long-term rentals, guests will have to have an additional pass for each month. (GRC's are only valid up to a 30 day stay)
Linens are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older. Photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
