Upon your arrival, you'll appreciate this ground floor condo, providing easy access and a partial view of the Gulf, as well as a delightful view of the pool. The master bedroom features a king-size pillow-top mattress, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom for your comfort. The guest bedroom accommodates four additional guests with a queen bed and a full bed. In the living room, you'll find an inviting Serta sleeper sofa complemented by tasteful decor. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. For added convenience, on-site laundry facilities are available. Additional Information: Gulf Shores Plantation 1140 does not have an indoor pool membership. Every 3rd Monday of the month, Beebe's Pest Control will be on-site to treat this unit. Parking passes must be purchased through a link provided two days before your arrival to secure parking. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels. Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is required at check-in. No smoking is allowed in the unit. No pets are permitted on the property.
