Welcome to Sun Dreams II West, This duplex gives you a ton of bang for your buck. This is the rare unicorn that offers you a private pool for the duplex, private deeded beach access, as well as the ability to bring your 4 legged best friend! This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area as well as a fully updated kitchen. This is the perfect home away from home for your family getaway. The location is fantastic, a short walk or drive from all the best restaurants, shops, and fun in the sun for you to enjoy! Best of all the beach is just right across the street for easy access! The home has been fully updated, painted, new furnishings, new pool furniture and lounge chairs by the pool, and much more just for you to enjoy! The newly installed pool is ready for lots of fun in the sun and awesome memories of your vacation. Please note that the pool is 3-5 feet deep. We can't wait to hear about your fantastic stay at Sun Dreams! Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Additional Information: Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum. Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Policies: Must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent Photo ID is required at check-in Sorry, No Smoking Dogs welcome, USD 315 non-refundable pet fee per pet required, 2 dog maximum ***Call for monthly "Snowbird" rates November through February!*** Poole & Associates has engaged VacayHome to ensure this listing contains all the information you need and that it is easy for you to book via search engines & online channels. how was very nice and clean. had all the essentials to start off your stay. pizza,icecream, seafood, and convenience store a 2 block walk.

Sun Dreams II was perfect place for our stay. There was a family of four and little dog.
We needed a place that was close to the beach and dog friendly. This place worked out perfectly for my family. Private beach access was a giant advantage over neighboring properties. This property is located across the street from the beach but the access was directly across the street.. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was appointed appropriately We used the pool twice a day every day it was clean and had plenty of room to hang out. There is great restaurant/convenience store two blocks away This is duplex but not one of the huge ones that hold to many people. The staff was friendly, prompt and helpful at every engagement

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3.5/5 (rounded up to 4 stars) Our stay in Gulf Shores was overall nice and the location was great. Very easy access to the beach, and there was plenty of parking and space for our family. The property itself has good potential, but a few details could use more attention. The floors were quite dirty when we arrived and my kids ended up getting black on their feet constantly. The kitchen was a bit disorganized, and we had to search around to find certain items. A few utensils and cooking supplies still had leftover food on them, which was a little off-putting. The landscaping near the pool could also use some upkeep. That said, the space was comfortable overall and worked well for our family’s needs. With a bit more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could easily be a five-star stay.
