Recent updates include new bedroom flooring, comfort-height toilets, a new washer and dryer, and new furniture and décor, making Sea Breeze a perfect vacation destination. For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Sea Breeze is professionally managed by Poole and Associates. Additional Information: Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office. Parking is assigned based on the unit, with a maximum allowance of two vehicles. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
