Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable, well-decorated living space with a fully equipped kitchen loaded with appliances, pots and pans, silverware, cups, glasses, plates, and everything you need to prepare meals with family and friends. The living area features a flat-screen smart TV with cable and a DVD player, a queen sleeper sofa, a single recliner, and balcony access with a side view of the beach. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Please note that there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are on-site laundry facilities for your convenience. For winter reservations during January and February, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made prior to October 1st. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by management.
