Welcome to the BRAND NEW Building 4 in Gulf Shores Plantation, offering an ideal complex for families to enjoy. This gated resort community has a lot to offer, including tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas, and the convenient Sassy Bass restaurant for dining. You'll be treated to private, sugar-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping, with activities available for all ages, making it a perfect destination for family getaways. The neighboring Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the fantastic Kiva Dunes Restaurant are just a short walk away. The complex is also conveniently located within a 15-minute drive of all the great attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer. Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable, well-decorated living space with a fully equipped kitchen loaded with appliances, pots and pans, silverware, cups, glasses, plates, and everything you need to prepare meals with family and friends. The living area features a flat-screen smart TV with cable and a DVD player, a queen sleeper sofa, a single recliner, and balcony access with a side view of the beach. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Please note that there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are on-site laundry facilities for your convenience. For winter reservations during January and February, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made prior to October 1st. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates. Additional Information: Parking passes are required and can be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels. Policies: Please note that boats are not allowed on the property. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not allowed. We booked a last minute trip before school started back. I verified with the host before I booked that the unit/building was located directly on the beach since there was some ambiguity from the photos. Once we arrived, there were dirty face towels in the bathroom, paint “repairs” throughout the unit and we were NOT directly on the beach. However, the unit was overall fine. We did have to hike through a parking lot to get to the beach access but it was not terribly far. The pool was nice. Overall, if I had been told upfront that the unit wasn’t located directly on the beach I would not have booked but if you are looking for something with beach access, this one would work. I did reach out during our stay because the bed in the front bedroom made a lot of noise just getting in and turning over but no one returned my text or call. I followed up at check-in and still have not received a return phone call. I have had to reach out to Airbnb support to try to get some type of resolution.
