Spinnaker Pointe is a fantastic place for your family vacation. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, it is right across the street from the beach and convenient to shopping and dining. Being across the street does not mean that you don't have a view or access - this place has it all, just let the pictures do the talking. Inside the condo, you will find three generous bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is large and it opens up the the spacious living and dining area. The balcony is huge and has an excellent view of Gulf Shores, including the sugar sand and emerald water. Outside the unit, you will find a grill area, a nice pool area, and covered parking for two cars. You are a close walk to everything. Once you vacation here, you will leave ready to plan your next trip back to beautiful Gulf Shores! Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
