Boasting a private 16,000-pound boat lift (included with your rental), a fish cleaning station, a grilling area, a boat ramp, and ample space for your boat trailer on-site, it provides a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. However, if fishing isn't your passion, this spacious and comfortable condo offers an array of delightful amenities. From pools and hot tubs to a BBQ area, a private white sand beach on the bay, and a long boardwalk with a gazebo offering stunning wildlife and scenery views. The complex is situated next to the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, with only three miles from your boat launch to the opening of the Gulf of Mexico. Take in breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony – it's the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or just to unwind. This condo features a large living room with a comfortable sectional (including a queen sleeper) and a beautiful bay view. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary endeavors. Stay connected with free wireless internet access. The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and stunning bay views. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a TV. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience. Gather your family and enjoy a relaxing stay at Navy Cove, indulging in its wonderful amenities. For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st necessitate a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, subject to unit specifications. Professionally managed by Poole and Associates. Please note: Elevator repairs will be completed by mid-January. Additional Information: ​​​​​​​Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes and 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. A "starter set" of essentials is included in the reservation. Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking or Pets are permitted.
