Reservations for the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for up to 2 cars. Linens are provided; however, kindly bring your own beach towels.
