The unit also has a new large flat-screen TV. The living area features a queen-size sofa sleeper, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances. The dining area has a table that seats four, and there's also seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and there's a stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet. Policies : Parking passes are handled on-site by the association, with charges applying. Boats and/or boat trailers require a separate parking pass for USD 20.
