Very dirty, we had no power/water/heating almost our entire stay and customer service was no helpl at all. Very bad service overall, don’t recommend

Your experience is not reflective of the standard we strive to maintain, and I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, severe weather conditions during your stay severely impacted our ability to provide the level of service you and all our guests deserve. The road closures prevented our maintenance team from reaching the property to address the power, water, and heating issues promptly. We regret that this unforeseen circumstance affected your comfort and overall experience with us. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, We sincerely apologize for any oversight. We were never told of any cleaning issues and did not receive any communication until the power went out the last night of the stay. We would of gladly sent the cleaners to address any issues had we been made aware upon your arrival. Our guest services team should have communicated more effectively during this time, and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We are committed to improving our response efforts in unexpected situations like these.
