CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination. IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price. On the property you will find a community pool, and gated, dedicated beach access is just a short walk across the street. There is a coded lock on the gate to the beach access, the code will be provided to you before your arrival. The beach access is located across the street to the left of Westwind Condominiums (blue building). Parking is available underneath the house and will accommodate up to 3 vehicles and has a private EV level II electric vehicle charger. This unit has a private outdoor shower located underneath the house to wash away the sand after a long day at the beach. Trash cans are provided for your convenience, located underneath the house.
