CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High Quality Linens before every new Guest arrival. We mean every bath towel, wash cloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillow case and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and through sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to assure there is no cross contamination. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guest arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star and we assign each staff member to the same properties stay after stay. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment. COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES West Lagoon Cottage, Unit M (Memory Maker), is located in the West Lagoon Cottages community directly across the street from the beach. On property you will find a community pool, and gated, dedicated beach access is just a short walk across the street. Parking is available underneath the house and will accommodate up to 2-3 vehicles. This unit has an outdoor shower located underneath the house to wash away the sand after a long day at the beach. Trash cans are provided for your convenience, located in the carport.
