Open Living Space The two-story condo includes an open living room, dining room and kitchen. This space overlooks the beautiful river just beyond. Patio access from the living room opens up to expansive views of the river and Charlotte Harbor. Going up the spiral staircase to the loft, there is a daybed for guests to stay. Bedrooms The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and en-suite bath. The water views don't stop, the master bedroom includes private access to the patio. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Bedrooms: Master bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony overlooking the Myakka River.
