Neighborhood Playacar Phase II is a quiet, green, very secure gated community just south of downtown Playa del Carmen, bordering the golf course. You're a short walk or ride from the beach and the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), with restaurants, shops, and nightlife, plus supermarkets and the Cozumel ferry close by. Cenotes, Xcaret, and Tulum make easy day trips. Getting around Cancun International Airport is about 50 minutes (62 km) away; Fifth Avenue is roughly 3-4 km (a 10-15 minute drive) from the gate. Walking and biking are easy inside Playacar; for taxis and rideshares, vehicles need a QR to enter, which we generate in minutes. A rental car is convenient for exploring the Riviera Maya, and there is parking on site, including a disabled parking spot.
