Air conditioning: to keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and avoid setting it below 21C (70F), which can cause the unit to malfunction. If anything is not working, message us right away and our team will respond as quickly as possible. Pest prevention: the building is fumigated periodically, but due to the humid climate small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. Please avoid leaving open food outside the refrigerator. Cleaning: your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials).
