Pool Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: • November–March: USD75/night • April, May, October: USD50/night • Not needed in other months For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge. Dog Fees (up to 2 dogs/stay) Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes. There is a USD89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate. We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional 500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed. Additional Policies & Rules • No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house. • 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am • No smoking inside home • Renter must be 25+ years of age • Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
