Pool Heat Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87° from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: • November–March: USD75/night • April, May & October: USD50/night • Pool heat is generally unnecessary during the summer months. For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. We'll begin heating the pool the day before your arrival at no additional charge so it's ready when you arrive. Hot Tub The hot tub is complimentary and available year-round. It is heated on demand using the easy-to-use remote located inside the home.
