TRASH and WASTE Please place all household trash in 13-gallon trash bags and dispose of them in the designated bins at the front of the home. Trash is collected daily by the HOA. POOL and SPA HEATING — OPTIONAL Pool and spa heating is available for USD35 per day. We recommend requesting heating at least 3 days before arrival to allow enough time for the water to reach a comfortable temperature. Pool temperature may be affected by outdoor weather conditions. GRILL RENTAL — OPTIONAL A 4-burner propane grill is available for: • USD105 per week, including one full propane tank • Additional days: USD 15/day • Additional propane refill: USD40. Please request the grill in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Windsor Island is a residential resort community, so we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of neighboring homes during these hours.
