Professionally decorated with soft aqua and warm tan accents, the home blends timeless coastal charm with modern comfort. Guests can enjoy peaceful bay views from the inviting front porch seating area, watch sailboats drift by, or wake up to coastal views from the primary king bedroom. Inside, the home features a fully furnished and stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests, making it perfect for family dinners, game nights, or gathering after a day at the beach. The home includes six bedrooms, two bathrooms, giving larger groups plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed and bay views, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle, and 1 bedroom with a twin bed and twin trundle. One bathroom features a relaxing soaker tub, while the other includes a walk-in shower. Upstairs, guests will find a convenient laundry area with two stackable washers and dryers, a small refrigerator, and a coffee bar, making the home especially comfortable for longer stays or larger groups. Outside, guests can relax in the private fenced front yard, enjoy the barbecue area, or sip morning coffee while taking in the coastal breeze and bay views. The property also includes a fenced pet-friendly area, making it easy for every member of the family to feel at home. Please note that this listing is for the main front house only. The front house will be completely private for your group during your stay; however, there are two separate rental units located in the rear building of the property. Parking is convenient and easily accessible. The main house accommodates up to four vehicles in the front parking area. Each rear apartment has one designated parking space located directly in front of the unit. Additional vehicles may use the overflow parking lot next door. Guests can access the property through a private gate connected by a charming stepping-stone pathway that leads to each entrance. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside. 2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. 3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. 4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home. 5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
