Located in the rear building of the property, this private efficiency apartment offers a relaxing and elevated stay just moments from the water. Thoughtfully decorated with whimsical beach decor and playful red and turquoise accents the space creates a bright, relaxed atmosphere that is both stylish and inviting. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape, a couples’ getaway, a work trip, or an extended coastal stay, this apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a King bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The fully furnished kitchen is stocked for preparing meals at home and includes a brand-new stackable washer and dryer, making both short and extended stays easy and comfortable. Guests can also enjoy a large television, from the sofa or the sleeping area giving plenty of space to relax after a day along the coast. Step outside onto the balcony seating area to enjoy refreshing coastal breezes and partial bay views. With a private entrance, thoughtful furnishings, and a comfortable layout, this second-floor retreat is designed to feel like your own peaceful coastal escape. Please note that this apartment is located in the rear building of the property and is next door to another separate apartment listing. The main house is located at the front of the property and is also offered as a separate listing. Guests staying in the main house and/or the neighboring rear apartment may also be present during your stay, and the driveway/access areas are shared. Your apartment, private entrance, and designated space are reserved for your group. Parking is convenient and easily accessible. This apartment includes one designated parking space located directly in front of the unit. The neighboring rear apartment has its own designated parking space, and the main house has its own front parking area. Additional vehicles may use the overflow parking lot located next door. Guests can access the property through a private gate connected by a charming stepping-stone pathway that leads directly to each entrance. While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside. 2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. 3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. 4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home. 5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs. 7. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process. 8. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. VacayHome is connected directly to the property management system used by Coastal Family Homes which ensures that availability & rates are up-to-date & accurate.
