The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open-concept main room features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), granite countertops, and a living room with ample seating. The sofa also unfolds to provide additional beds. There's a full-size washer and dryer. Relax in the private backyard that highlights an updated in-ground pool and jacuzzi. There's also a game room featuring a ping-pong table. We have strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Every room has a 47-inch LCD TV. The home has central air and heat, and Wi-Fi. This house SLEEPS 8 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
