It’s across from Laite Beach, a town park right on the harbor, and walking distance to shops and restaurants, with a view of the harbor through trees across the street. You’re also a 10-minute drive to Megunticook Lake and a two-hour drive to Acadia National Park. Harbor House is a completely renovated, classic Maine village colonial with a two-bedroom apartment attached at the back left corner (only one wall in common). Inside the main house, you’ll find comfortable, casual decor in a relaxed setting with natural, hardwood floors throughout the downstairs and Berber carpeting upstairs. There is a small shared yard, a private driveway, and a side deck. The attached two-bedroom apartment features Berber carpet throughout, with new furnishings and appliances and vaulted ceilings. THINGS TO KNOW This is a seven-night minimum stay rental. The woodstove is not for guest use.
