Outside, guests will find a tetherball area and a horseshoe pit. Take your boat out and make a quick trip across the water to Lake Anna State Park, where you can lounge on beaches, explore scenic walking trails, or have a cozy picnic. The community offers a private boat ramp at no cost. If you need any equipment, Anna Point Marina is a seven-mile drive north. THINGS TO KNOW Starting June 2023, the right-hand side of the dock walkway (facing the water) will be reserved for the neighbor only. For additional sleeping options, there's a twin and a full-size sofa bed in the basement. Age-appropriate games and a Bumbo-style booster seat are available for younger guests.
