Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) will result in an automatic $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee, and details about the reservation may be reported to the appropriate authorities. 2. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS.
