The house has a master suite, two bedrooms with twin beds, and a bedroom with a king bed. There is a full laundry facility available. The apartment is 6 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Disney, 18 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 23 minutes from Universal. The minimum age requirement is 21 years. We have a strict no-smoking, no-pets, and no-party policy. Other things to note BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled. BEFORE CHECKING IN: Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered. AMENITIES: Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer and dryer available.
