Parking Notice: Parking is only allowed in the home’s driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited in the community, and vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA without warning. To comply with resort policies, please send the full guest list (first and last names) at least 24 hours before arrival by 5 PM EST. Without this information, resort access cannot be provided. The home includes fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, washer and dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). Starter supplies are not replenished. Washcloths, salt/pepper, and open food items are not provided. Pool heat (if applicable) is available for an additional fee and must be requested 48 hours before arrival. Heating may take 24–48 hours, and the maximum pool temperature is 86°F. The spa shares the same temperature as the pool and is not a hot tub. Street parking is not permitted in the community, and vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA. House rules: No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the home. USPS does not deliver to the property, and we are not responsible for unattended packages.
