The Space This spacious home has five bedrooms and four bathroom and is located in Windsor Cay Resort and is equipped with high speed internet. You will have complete access to Windsor Island amenities provided all guests are pre-registered. This house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests for an unforgettable stay. We provide a welcome kit with some basic home essentials. We do not replenish the welcome kit, so please purchase any additional supplies you might need during your stay. For an additional fee, you can enjoy the pool heated during your stay. Please request it 48 hours before your check-in. Other things to note BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21+ to book. A valid ID is required at check-in. BEFORE CHECK-IN: Send a complete guest list by 5 PM EST, 24 hours before arrival. POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature. The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F. Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets. Important Notes: •⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay. •⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature. These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.
