Neighborhood Paradiso Grande is a new luxury resort community in the heart of Orlando's popular attractions. It offers modern homes and townhouses with private pools, ensuite baths, and covered lanais. The Aquarius Clubhouse provides resort-style amenities, including a pool, lazy river, game room, café, and fitness center. Paradiso Grande is being built in phases, and you can reserve a select homesite now. Please note, fitness center is currently not available. Other things to note Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation. Guest List Submission: A complete list of guest names is required by 5 PM EST, at least 24 hours before arrival. Access will be denied if names are not registered. Pool and Spa Heating: The SPA is part of the pool system and requires an additional fee for heating, which can take up to 24 hours to activate after payment confirmation. Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Grill Rental: There is a separate fee for grill rental; it must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included and must be purchased separately. POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature. The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F. Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets. Important Notes: • Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay. • During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature. These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund. Additional Policies: No parties are allowed. Pets and indoor smoking are prohibited. A USD 10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address, and the resort isn't responsible for unattended packages.
