It is not our responsibility to replace or report the welcome kit. PLEASE NOTE the pool and spa heater costs an additional fee, we recommend requesting the pool heater at least 48 hours before your check-in date if you want to add this service. Please be aware of Windsor Island resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed. Please be aware that there is currently ongoing construction occurring behind the property in a location outside of the resort. MAINTENANCE: We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours. POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature. The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F. Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets. Important Notes: • Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.
