PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 4 to 5 vehicles, depending on their size, as long as they do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area. IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. For additional parking, a gravel area next to the Clubhouse is available on a first-come, first-served basis. PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, oversized vehicles, or cars with loud modifications. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted. ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
